Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Administrative Assistant based in Sharjah. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks, maintaining records, managing phone calls with professional etiquette, and providing clerical and executive support. The candidate will work closely with team members to ensure the smooth operation of office activities.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance
- Strong Communication skills and professional Phone Etiquette
- Experience with Clerical Skills such as filing, data entry, and record management
- Ability to work effectively in an on-site office environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred
- Previous experience in an administrative or assistant role (0–2 years)
