The Mission
We are seeking a
Head of Business Development
who carries the mindset of a
Co-founder
. This is not a traditional sales role; it is a mandate to build a market. You will be responsible for defining our commercial identity, navigating the complexities of "Everything-as-a-Service" (XaaS) models, and securing the strategic partnerships that will cement Glanceable International as the global standard for autonomous drone technology.
Key Responsibilities
1. Commercial Architecture & Strategy
- XaaS Ecosystem Design:
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies across the full technology stack, including SaaS (Software), PaaS (Platform), IaaS (Infrastructure), and HaaS (Hardware) as a Service. - Revenue Modeling:
Lead the transition from traditional hardware sales to recurring revenue models and long-term enterprise value creation. - Market Intelligence:
Conduct deep-dive analysis into global market trends to identify untapped sectors for autonomous AI applications.
2. Strategic Partnerships & Account Management
- High-Stakes Negotiation:
Identify, court, and close Tier-1 enterprise clients and government entities. - Ecosystem Building:
Forge alliances with technology integrators, cloud providers, and regulatory bodies to create a frictionless adoption environment for our drones. - Global Expansion:
Design the roadmap for international market entry, ensuring cultural and regulatory alignment across different jurisdictions.
3. Leadership & Vision
- Founding Influence:
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and technical founders, influencing product roadmaps based on market feedback. - Team Synthesis:
Build and mentor a high-performance business development and sales organization, instilling a culture of technical literacy and relentless pursuit of excellence. - Brand Ambassadorship:
Represent Glanceable at international forums, tech summits, and in high-level diplomatic/corporate circles.
The Ideal Profile
Qualifications & Experience
- 15+ Years of Proven Impact:
A distinguished career in the software/tech industry with a track record of scaling high-growth ventures. - Cross-Stack Expertise:
Deep fluency in the nuances of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, and HaaS. You understand how to sell "outcomes" rather than just "hardware." - Domain Knowledge:
Exposure to AI, robotics, aerospace, or industrial automation is highly preferred. - Strategic Pedigree:
Experience in series-funding environments or early-stage leadership is a significant advantage. - Academic Excellence:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related fields; an MBA from a premier institution is preferred but secondary to a proven track record of "building from zero."
