Role Overview
Mr. Alfred & QuickPass are building the core infrastructure layer for Dubai's regulated short-term rental and hospitality ecosystem.
The
Head of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships
is a senior, hands-on leadership role responsible for:
- Owning all commercial partnerships
- Driving enterprise and operator revenue
- Building and managing the sales function (inbound & outbound)
- Converting ecosystem relationships into long-term, recurring revenue
This is not a passive partnerships role. It is an
execution-heavy, outcome-driven position
with direct ownership of revenue, partnerships, and team performance.
Core Responsibilities
1. Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
- Build and own senior relationships across:
Enterprise holiday home operators
Hotel apartments & hospitality groups
Developers & master communities
PMS, channel managers, SaaS platforms
Associations, regulators, and industry bodies
- Structure and close
commercially viable partnerships
(not MoUs)
- Design win-win frameworks aligned with operator adoption, compliance, and scale
- Act as a senior external representative of Mr. Alfred & QuickPass in the market
2. Enterprise & Operator Revenue
- Own enterprise-level commercial discussions end-to-end
- Convert regulatory positioning and ecosystem access into operator onboarding
- Close direct contracts with operators across Mr. Alfred and QuickPass products
- Ensure partnerships translate into
real usage, retention, and renewals
3. Sales Leadership (Inbound & Outbound)
- Lead and scale the sales function:
Inbound leads (operator demand, partnerships, referrals)
Outbound sales (enterprise, large operators, strategic accounts)
- Define sales processes, qualification criteria, and follow-up discipline
- Set targets, manage pipeline, and ensure forecast accuracy
- Personally close strategic and high-value deals while building team capability
4. Founder-Level Execution
- Work closely with the Founder on strategy, prioritization, and execution
- Translate high-level vision into structured commercial actions
- Institutionalize relationships that currently sit with the Founder
- Bring structure, documentation, and accountability to all commercial activity
What Success Looks Like
- Active, revenue-generating partnerships live in the market
- Enterprise operators onboarded and retained
- Sales pipeline built, owned, and forecasted with discipline
- A functioning inbound & outbound sales engine
- Strong renewal rates and long-term client value creation
- Reduced founder dependency for commercial execution
Compensation & Incentives
- Base Salary:
AED 15,000 per month
- Variable Compensation:
*10% of first-year revenues
Deals generated and closed by the Head
Head is the deal owner and account owner
*
5% of first-year revenues
Deals
not generated by the Head.
Includes:
AE-closed deals
SDR-sourced + AE-closed
Self-service conversions
*Head retains
management / accountability
*25% of the commission on renewals
Not 25% of revenue
25% of whatever renewal commission exists
*Applies across
all Mr. Alfred & QuickPass products
*Paid monthly
*Rebate if a client has remained active for less than
3 months
*No commission on discounted below floor pricing
