Mindful Planner curates high-end celebrations and experiences in Dubai for HNIs and UHNIs across the world, from intimate milestone celebrations to multi-day destination events and weddings.
We are looking for
Sales Partners who are equally strong on camera and in conversation
as well as polished, articulate, sales-oriented individuals who can attract, nurture, and convert high-value client relationships into confirmed event engagements.
This is a
content-led relationship sales role
. You will attract clients through short-form video content, personal storytelling, and cultural context, and then convert that inbound interest into high-value luxury event engagements.

Your face, voice, confidence, and cultural fluency are central to how trust is built.
This role is ideal for individuals who:

- Can build relationships digitally first, then close them personally

Content Creation & Personal Visibility (Core Requirement)
This role is
heavily content-driven

You will be required to:
- Consistently create short-form video content (Reels, Stories, short videos)
- Be comfortable speaking on camera with confidence and clarity
- Represent Mindful Planner through your personal voice, cultural context, and storytelling
- Showcase Dubai, luxury experiences, celebrations, and behind-the-scenes narratives
- Follow content frameworks, scripts, and guidance from the central team while adding your own personality

Key Responsibilities
1. Client Attraction & Demand Generation through Content Creation
- Build visibility and credibility through content-led presence (with support from the central team).
- Engage inbound interest and enquiries with professionalism and warmth.
2. Relationship-Based Sales & Closures
- Conduct discovery conversations with prospective clients.
- Understand intent, expectations, and budget ranges.
- Position Mindful Planner as a curator of experiences, not a vendor.
- Close planning engagements and hand over seamlessly to operations.
3. Strategic Networking & Partnerships
- Build relationships with referral partners such as wealth managers, private bankers, founders' PAs, real estate advisors, and luxury service providers.
- Maintain long-term partner relationships that generate quality introductions.
4. Brand Representation
- Represent Mindful Planner with discretion, cultural sensitivity, and credibility.
- Nurture long-term client relationships and encourage referrals and repeat engagements.
