Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Dubai for an Event Manager. The Event Manager will oversee comprehensive event planning, from initial concept development to execution. Responsibilities include managing budgets, coordinating with clients and vendors, and ensuring events run smoothly. Additional tasks involve on-site management, maintaining strong client relationships, and resolving logistical challenges. A blend of in-office and remote work is permitted, depending on business needs.

Qualifications

  • Event planning, organizing, and project management skills
  • Vendor management, budget management, and contract negotiation experience
  • Client relationship management and communication skills
  • Problem-solving and adaptability under high-pressure situations
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in technology tools for scheduling, budgeting, and event presentation
  • Previous experience in luxury or high-profile event management is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Business, or a related field
  • Fluency in English and Arabic
  • UAE drivers license
