Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Site Engineer role located in Dubai. The Site Engineer will oversee daily construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules, safety protocols, and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, liaising with contractors and stakeholders, managing on-site resources, and addressing any technical or logistical challenges. The Site Engineer will also assess project risks and provide recommendations to optimize performance while adhering to budgets and timelines.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Structural and Civil Engineering with the ability to interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
  • Experience in on-site operations, including managing daily construction activities and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and communicate with stakeholders.
  • Strong skills in Quality Control to monitor project progress and ensure compliance with all regulatory and project requirements.
  • Relevant academic credentials, such as a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills, combined with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Prior experience in large-scale construction or engineering projects in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
