We are seeking a proactive and skilled 
Site Engineer
 to join our team in 
Dubai
 for ongoing 
construction projects
. This is a 
full-time, site-based position
 where the engineer will lead and monitor field operations, ensuring full alignment with 
design standards
, 
regulatory compliance
, and 
project timelines
.

Note: Applicants must have Dubai Municipality (DM) approval with Unlimited Floors for this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
  • Ensure adherence to design specifications, quality standards, and safety guidelines
  • Coordinate effectively with project teams, consultants, contractors, and site workers
  • Conduct site inspections, monitor progress, and implement quality control measures
  • Address and resolve technical and operational issues on-site
  • Prepare detailed site reports, logs, and technical documentation
  • Support civil and structural engineering deliverables throughout all phases of construction

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in 
    Civil Engineering
    , 
    Structural Engineering
    , or a related field
  • Minimum 
    5-7 years of experience
     in construction, with a strong focus on site execution and coordination
  • Proven experience in managing on-site construction works independently
  • In-depth knowledge of 
    quality control procedures
    , 
    engineering principles
    , and 
    construction practices
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience in 
    environmental or ecological restoration projects
     is an added advantage
  • Must hold 
    unlimited Dubai Municipality (DM) approval
     relevant to the role
