Position Overview

SHK Real Estate is appointing a senior-level Real Estate Sales Director to lead and scale its sales operations across off-plan, secondary, and rental markets in Dubai.

This role is strictly for Director-level professionals with proven leadership experience in the UAE real estate market. The successful candidate will be fully responsible for building, training, managing, and scaling a complete sales organization, while driving sustainable revenue growth and market expansion.

Core Responsibilities

  • Build and lead a full-scale real estate sales division
  • Recruit, structure, train, and manage sales managers and agents
  • Define and execute sales strategies across off-plan, secondary, and rental portfolios
  • Own sales targets, KPIs, forecasting, and performance delivery
  • Drive revenue growth, team productivity, and closing performance
  • Establish strong sales processes, reporting, and accountability structures
  • Work closely with ownership and senior management on business growth
  • Ensure full compliance with RERA and UAE real estate regulations

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of real estate experience (UAE market experience is mandatory)
  • Minimum 3 years in a Sales Director / Director-level role
  • Proven experience in building and managing high-performing sales teams
  • Strong background in off-plan, secondary, and rental transactions
  • Demonstrated ability to take full ownership and responsibility for results
  • Strategic mindset combined with hands-on leadership execution
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills

  • Monthly Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 (based on experience)
