Role Summary
We are looking for a strategic and execution-focused Partnership Manager to lead and grow our ecosystem of partnerships supporting remittance growth and broader monetization of Botim's fintech products.

In this role, you'll work closely with product, marketing, compliance, and external partners to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that drive user acquisition, transaction volumes, and revenue. This includes partnerships with financial institutions, payroll aggregators, fintech platforms, community influencers, and ecosystem enablers both in the UAE and key destination markets.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and secure partnerships that drive remittance volumes (e.g., exchange houses, banks, digital wallet platforms, payout partners).
  • Partner with employers, community leaders, and local influencers to promote Botim remittance among expat workers.
  • Lead partnership initiatives in both sending and receiving countries to strengthen corridor-specific performance.
  • Explore and close monetization partnerships across Botim's fintech suite (savings, bill payments, micro-insurance, etc.)
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to design go-to-market strategies for partner-led offerings.
  • Own end-to-end partner lifecycle: from outreach and onboarding to performance tracking and ongoing relationship management.
  • Ensure partners meet agreed KPIs and SLAs and address any operational or strategic roadblocks.
  • Stay ahead of market trends in cross-border payments, super apps, and digital finance ecosystems.
  • Identify whitespace opportunities for new services or monetization channels through ecosystem collaboration.
  • Work closely with product, compliance, legal, and finance teams to structure deals and enable integrations.
  • Coordinate with growth and marketing to launch campaigns and co-branded partnerships.

Requirement

  • 5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic sales—preferably in fintech, remittances, or telecom
  • Proven track record of acquiring and managing high-value partnerships with measurable results
  • Deep understanding of fintech products and cross-border remittance ecosystems (especially in MENA/South Asia)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives from scratch
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Bonus: Experience working with blue-collar user segments, payroll aggregators, or regional community partners
