Role Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our operations team. You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation in our holiday homes, ensuring each property is guest-ready at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean and prepare apartments according to company standards and checklists.
- Change linens, make beds, and restock amenities.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items immediately.
- Coordinate with supervisors and the operations team for daily schedules.
- Ensure all cleaning tools and materials are properly maintained and stored.
- Support deep cleaning, inventory, and linen audits as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of housekeeping experience (hotel or holiday home experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work efficiently under time pressure.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Reliable, honest, and presentable.
- Must be based in Dubai and available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
