Onboarding and Reservation Specialist

Location:

Salary:
AED 5,000 plus AED 500 for every Onboarding Apartment

We are seeking an experienced and proactive
Onboarding and Reservation Specialist
to manage daily operations, ensure full compliance with DTCM regulations, and maintain exceptional guest and landlord satisfaction. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, tech-savvy, and highly knowledgeable in holiday home platforms and property management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure all properties meet the highest quality standards.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure each property is in excellent condition and aligns with company standards.
  • Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance as needed.
  • Ensure strict compliance with DTCM regulations, policies, and holiday home requirements.
  • Manage and optimize property listings on Airbnb, , Agoda, and other OTA platforms.
  • Optimize nightly rates and occupancy using market analysis and RMS rate tools.
  • Maintain accurate property and booking data using RMS or similar property management software.
  • Communicate professionally with landlords regarding property performance, updates, and maintenance needs.
  • Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs, providing exceptional guest support.
  • Maintain inventory of linens, amenities, and essential supplies.
  • Identify and bring new apartments on board to expand the property portfolio.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in holiday homes, hospitality, or property management.
  • Familiarity with DTCM guidelines and Dubai holiday home regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of OTA listing creation, optimization, and multi-platform management.
  • Proficiency with RMS or similar property management systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with landlords and guests.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify potential properties and bring new apartments on board.
