About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Manager to lead our marketing transformation. This is a unique opportunity to shape the company's brand identity, develop marketing strategies from the ground up, and manage multi-channel campaigns that drive both B2B and B2C growth.

You will work directly with top management to design and implement marketing initiatives that align with our business vision and sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy covering branding, digital marketing, PR, and events.
  • Build and manage the marketing budget, plan campaigns, and track performance across channels.
  • Oversee the development of new brand identity, website, and marketing materials.
  • Manage social media content strategy (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) and coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies.
  • Implement digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media, SEO) to generate qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
  • Organize participation in exhibitions and trade shows (e.g., Light Middle East, Downtown Design).
  • Set up and maintain marketing systems — CRM integration, analytics, reporting.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a growing marketing team as the department expands.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, ideally in lighting, construction, interiors, or design-related industries.
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C marketing in the UAE market.
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, CRM platforms).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to translate technical products into compelling brand stories.
  • Arabic language skills are a plus but not required.
