Marketing Account Manager (with Clinical Experience)

Location: Sharjah, UAE

Department: Marketing / Business Development

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Account Manager with a clinical background to manage healthcare marketing campaigns and client accounts. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between medical expertise and marketing strategy, ensuring campaigns are accurate, ethical, and effective in promoting healthcare services.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Client & Account Management

  2. Act as the main point of contact for healthcare clients and internal teams.

  3. Understand client needs, objectives, and clinical requirements.

  4. Build and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

  5. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  6. Develop and implement marketing plans for clinics, hospitals, and healthcare services.

  7. Collaborate with medical teams to ensure accurate representation of clinical services.

  8. Coordinate marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, and social media).

  9. Content & Brand Development

  10. Create and review medical-related marketing content for accuracy and compliance.

  11. Work closely with design and content teams to produce engaging, educational, and brand-aligned materials.

  12. Ensure all promotional materials follow UAE healthcare advertising regulations (DOH / DHA / MOH).

  13. Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  14. Track campaign performance using analytics tools and report results to management and clients.

  15. Recommend improvements and optimize strategies for better engagement and ROI.

  16. Collaboration & Coordination

  17. Coordinate between marketing, clinical, and management teams to meet project timelines.

  18. Support new service launches, events, and outreach activities.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Healthcare Management, Nursing, or related field.

  • Clinical or healthcare experience (preferably with exposure to patient care or medical services).

  • Proven experience (2–4 years) as an Account Manager or Marketing Executive in the healthcare industry.

  • Strong understanding of UAE healthcare marketing regulations and ethics.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media management.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.

Preferred:

Experience working with clinics, wellness centers, or hospitals.

Arabic communication skills are an advantage but not required.

Immediate joiners preferred.
