About the Role:

We're looking for a
Sales & Marketing Executive
to join our ambitious team and help scale our client base. You'll be responsible for both
outbound and inbound lead generation
,
pitching tailored marketing solutions
, and
amplifying our digital presence
across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive
    new business development
    through outbound prospecting, LinkedIn outreach, and cold/warm leads.
  • Handle
    inbound sales inquiries
    , qualify prospects, and close deals.
  • Pitch our
    performance marketing services
    (paid ads, funnels, segment campaigns, etc.) to potential clients.
  • Manage and promote
    segment-specific media packages
    across key industries.
  • Oversee content planning and
    manage agency social media channels
    (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Assist in creating pitch decks, proposals, and case studies with internal teams.
  • Track sales performance via CRM and report on pipeline progress and KPIs.
  • Represent the agency at events, networking functions, and pitch meetings.

Requirements:

  • 4-6 years' experience in
    sales
    within a performance marketing, digital, or creative agency.
  • Proven ability to
    sell digital services
    (Meta Ads, Google Ads, performance funnels, etc.).
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Social media savvy with content planning experience.
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS, etc.).
  • Must be based in
    Dubai
    with
    valid work visa or residency
    .
  • Arabic is a bonus, but not required.
  • Comfortable on camera for social posts
