Account Manager Marketing Agency

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced, Arabic-speaking Account Manager to lead day-to-day client relationships and ensure seamless delivery of digital marketing initiatives. This is not just a social media role—the ideal candidate has hands-on experience in social media planning & execution, alongside broader digital media expertise, including content planning, paid media coordination, analytics, and campaign optimisation.

The Account Manager will act as the primary strategic and operational contact for clients, working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive measurable results and maintain high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: Relationship & Strategy

· Serve as the main point of contact for Arabic-speaking clients, ensuring strong communication and client satisfaction.

· Understand client business goals and translate them into actionable digital strategies.

· Lead strategic discussions on growth marketing, content direction, and platform selection.

· Manage expectations, timelines, and deliverables with clarity and consistency.

Social Media Planning & Implementation

· Develop social media strategies, content calendars, and communication plans across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).

· Oversee content creation workflows, including briefing creative teams, providing feedback, and ensuring brand alignment.

· Coordinate community management and ensure timely, brand-aligned responses in Arabic.

· Review analytics and optimise performance based on data-driven insights.

Digital Media & Campaign Execution

· Support in planning and overseeing digital media campaigns (paid social, display, search).

· Collaborate with the performance marketing team to align on targeting, budgeting, and KPIs.

· Monitor campaign performance and compile regular reporting dashboards.

· Identify opportunities to improve ROI and cross-channel performance.

Project & Account Management

· Manage project timelines, production schedules, and internal coordination.

· Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time.

· Prepare presentations, reports, and campaign summaries for clients.

· Facilitate internal brainstorming sessions to support client objectives.

Research & Insights

· Stay up to date with digital trends, audience behaviours, and platform updates—particularly in the Arabic market.

· Conduct competitor reviews and industry research to support strategic recommendations.

Qualifications & Experience

· 3–5+ years of agency-side experience in account management, social media management, or digital marketing.

· Native or fluent Arabic speaker, with strong command of English.

· Strong understanding of social media strategy, platform best practices, and content production.

· Working knowledge of digital media, including paid advertising platforms (Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, etc.).

· Experience interpreting data and using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, TikTok analytics, etc.).

· Excellent project management, multitasking, and organisational skills.

· Strong communication and presentation skills.

· Ability to build rapport and trust with clients.

· Creativity, curiosity, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

· Experience in growth marketing or performance-led environments.

· Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation platforms, or funnel building.

· Basic creative direction or content production oversight.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-autonomy environment.
