Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Operations

  • Oversee daily operations of the agency and ensure smooth workflow across all departments.

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity, sales performance, and operational efficiency.

  • Maintain strong alignment with RE/MAX brand standards and company policies.

Team Management

  • Lead, motivate, and support the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.

  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and coaching sessions.

  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and training of new agents.

Business Development

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.

  • Expand the agency's market presence and client base in Dubai.

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure continuous agency growth.

Sales & Performance

  • Set sales goals, track KPIs, and ensure the team meets performance expectations.

  • Support agents with deal closing, client relations, and negotiations when necessary.

  • Review sales reports and present performance updates to management.

Marketing & Brand Management

  • Coordinate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns, lead generation activities, and promotional events.

  • Ensure the office consistently reflects the RE/MAX brand identity.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience
    in real estate management, brokerage leadership, or a similar senior position.

  • Strong knowledge of the UAE real estate market, RERA regulations, and industry standards.

  • Proven ability to lead and grow sales teams.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver results.

  • RERA broker card is an advantage.
