Bianco Leather Spa is looking for a
customer-focused and energetic Sales Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate is confident, professional, and able to manage customer inquiries across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram, phone calls, and walk-in clients.
  • Provide accurate service details and guide customers through the booking process.
  • Follow up with leads to increase conversions.
  • Maintain organized customer records and updates.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth service flow.
  • Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements

  • Experience in sales or customer service (UAE experience preferred).
  • Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage high-volume chats and calls simultaneously.
  • Professional, organized, and proactive with strong follow-up skills.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and Instagram is a plus.
