Atlas Educational Institute, Al Karama, Dubai is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting our educational programs, engaging with prospective students and organizations, and achieving enrollment targets. This role plays a crucial part in expanding our reach and fostering partnerships within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Recruitment:

  • Identify and target potential students interested in our academic programs.
  • Conduct outreach through various channels, including phone calls, emails, social media, and in-person meetings.
  • Provide detailed information about our institute, programs, admission requirements, and career prospects to prospective students.

Sales Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve enrollment targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.

Enrollment Assistance:

  • Assist prospective students with the enrollment process, including application submissions, document verification, and payment procedures.
  • Provide guidance on financial aid options and scholarships, as applicable.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, inquiries, and leads.
  • Generate regular reports to track sales performance, conversion rates, and other relevant metrics.
  • Use data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, education, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, set and achieve targets, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales software.
  • A passion for education and a genuine desire to help students find the right educational opportunities.
