We are looking for a highly skilled Digital Marketing Manager
who is fluent in Arabic, Russian, and English to lead and manage our digital marketing efforts, focusing on delivering high ROI in the luxury retail segment. The ideal candidate will bring extensive experience working with large Google Ads budgets, optimizing campaigns, and driving performance in fast-paced industries like automotive, luxury, or real estate.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop & execute digital marketing campaigns in Arabic, and English across channels, including Google Ads, social media, SEO, and direct marketing
  • Optimize Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, managing substantial budgets for competitive performance marketing
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitive analysis to improve Google Ads performance in Arabic
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI regularly to stakeholders
  • Efficiently manage campaign budgets, ensuring optimal spending to achieve positive ROI, particularly within the Abu Dhabi market
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align efforts and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
  • Recommend content and SEO strategies to enhance visibility and strengthen the brand presence in search engines
  • Work with sales teams to generate quality sales leads and track pipeline progress across Arabic speaking demographics
  • Strategize lead generation per project, developer, or campaign, ensuring alignment with sales targets

Requirements:

  • Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, ideally in the UAE or GCC
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads and large-scale performance marketing campaigns in luxury, automotive, or real estate sectors
  • Strong ROI management experience with substantial budgets
  • Ability to develop strong, engaging sales messaging and create effective CTAs
  • Familiarity with the behavioral nuances of Arabic-speaking customers
  • Solid understanding of marketing budget management and resource allocation to achieve campaign goals
  • Previous experience in real estate marketing is a plus
  • European education
    (preferably in marketing or related fields) is required
