Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, SEO, Email, etc.) to generate quality leads.
  • Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns with clear ROI goals.
  • Oversee content creation across social media, website, and property listings.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with lead conversion targets.
  • Manage the company's online presence and reputation.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare performance reports.
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and new marketing technologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience

in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred).
- Proven track record in managing successful digital campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of
Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEO, and CRM tools.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
