Job Title: Air Freight Operations Executive (Free Zone Experience Required)

Location: Dubai – DAFZA & DWC

Company: Freight Forwarding Company (Electronics Export)

Job Description:

We are a freight forwarding company based in DAFZA, operating in DAFZA and Dubai World Central (DWC), specializing in air freight export of electronic items to international destinations such as Russia, China, GCC, USA, Kazakhstan, and other countries.

We are looking for an experienced Air Freight Operations Executive to handle end-to-end air export operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with airlines for air freight bookings (Flydubai, Air Arabia, Qatar Airways, Oman Air, Air Astana, etc.)
  • Handle cargo bookings and allocations
  • Prepare and manage air export documentation including:

MAWB / HAWB

Commercial Invoice

Packing List

HS Code

Certificate of Origin (COO)

Transfer of Ownership documents

BOE (Import & Export)

Manifest & Delivery Advice

  • Coordinate with customs, airlines, warehouses, and inspection authorities
  • Handle inspection cargo and ensure proper labeling and packing compliance
  • Track shipments and provide regular status updates to clients
  • Prepare operational reports and follow up on shipments until final delivery
  • Ensure compliance with free zone and airline regulations
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in Air Freight Operations (Export)
  • Free Zone experience (DAFZA / DWC) is mandatory
  • Strong knowledge of air export documentation and procedures
  • Experience handling electronics cargo is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Excel, Google Sheets and email correspondence
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple shipments

  • Airline coordination and rate negotiation
  • Client communication and reporting
  • Attention to detail and documentation accuracy

Pay: AED2, AED4,000.00 per month
