is looking for a
Creative Strategist
to join our growing team. This role is for someone who thinks in ideas, concepts, moodboards, and experiences, someone who can help shape the creative direction of campaigns, PR boxes, influencer seeding, and brand activations.

As a boutique agency working with top regional and global brands, we are looking for someone with strong creative instincts, an eye for aesthetics, and the ability to translate ideas into clear, exciting concepts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop creative concepts for brand campaigns, PR boxes, influencer seeding, product launches, and activations.
  • Generate unique creative angles and ideas tailored to each client's brand identity and goals.
  • Build moodboards, concept decks, and visual directions for internal and client presentations.
  • Collaborate with the design, production, and account teams to bring ideas to life.
  • Support with concept creation for shoots, reels, events, and creative storytelling.
  • Monitor trends in beauty, lifestyle, entertainment, influencer culture, and global creative work.
  • Brainstorm new creative formats for influencer campaigns and brand partnerships.
  • Assist in shaping the overall creative direction and identity across KH projects.
  • Present concepts clearly and confidently to clients when needed.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in creative strategy, concept development, brand campaigns, or content creation.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing ideas, concepts, creative decks, and moodboards.
  • Ability to translate ideas into visuals or references (even rough sketches or layouts).
  • Understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital-first creative.
  • Strong creative instincts and ability to think independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under tight timelines.
  • Aesthetic awareness — eye for design, trends, and storytelling.
  • Experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle is a plus but not required.
  • Not required to be a designer, but must be able to direct design and creative execution.
