The Mission
Your mission: turn content into conversions. Create stories that build trust, attract high‑net‑worth investors, and turn followers into clients. Lead the daily narrative across platforms: from idea → post → measurable impact.
What You'll Actually Do
· Own the creative direction for all social media and content output.
· Script and storyboard 3–5 short‑form videos weekly that define the KENSINGTON tone.
· Write posts, hooks, captions, and ad copy that inspire belief and action.
· Lead content sprints with the videographer and designer to turn ideas into premium visuals.
· Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Manager to align creative with data and ROI.
· Audit weekly content for precision, tone, and engagement metrics; iterate fast.
· Research luxury and real‑estate trends to keep our storytelling one step ahead.
· Manage the content calendar and publish with discipline, speed, and purpose.

· ≥ 3 original scripts published weekly.

· % alignment with marketing & video teams on weekly content cycles.
· Direct contribution to qualified lead growth through content performance.
What You Bring
· –5 years' experience in social media, content, or creative strategy.
· Proven track record creating high‑conversion short‑form content.
· Strong grasp of luxury branding and investor psychology.
· Exceptional writing, scripting, and storytelling skills.
· Fluency in English (Arabic or German a plus).
· Obsessed with hooks, headlines, and human behavior.
· Think in scripts & systems, not 'random posts.'
