Role Description

This is a freelance role

This role is ideal for someone who is organized, creative, and detail-oriented, with strong coordination skills and a passion for digital marketing.

You will work closely with our Account Managers, Designers, Videographers, and Creative Director to ensure all client deliverables are well-organized, on time, and aligned with their marketing plans.

This is a support role (not a senior or strategy role) focused on coordination and execution.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist in preparing and organizing monthly content calendars


• Coordinate between account managers, designers, and editors


• Track deadlines, approvals, and deliverables across multiple client accounts


• Organize folders, briefs, shotlists, and marketing assets


• Support influencer coordination (follow-ups, deliverables tracking)


• Collect analytics and prepare simple monthly reports


• Assist during photoshoots if available


• Maintain smooth communication and workflow across teams

Requirements

1–2 years experience in digital marketing, social media coordination, or agency support


• Strong organization and communication skills


• Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once


• understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)


• Familiarity with tools like Canva, planable or similar


• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines


• Must be based in UAE or available in compatible time zones

Arabic or Russian language is a plus
