Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven and proactive Sales & Marketing Executive to drive revenue growth and enhance our brand presence in the competitive UAE logistics market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, securing clients for our Air Freight, Sea Freight, and Land Transport services, and implementing effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:
Client Acquisition: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry through market research, cold calling, and networking.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Process Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to negotiation and deal closure.
Proposals and Negotiations: Prepare detailed quotations, proposals, and contracts, negotiating terms and pricing to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:
Strategy Collaboration: Collaborate with the management/marketing team to develop sales collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
Brand Visibility: Represent the company professionally at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to generate leads and enhance brand visibility.
Digital Presence: Assist in coordinating online content and marketing campaigns that support sales initiatives (e.g., website updates, LinkedIn posts).
Reporting & Coordination:
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate sales records and client interactions within the CRM system and provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of [e.g., 3-5] years of proven sales experience specifically within the freight forwarding or logistics industry in the UAE market.
Skills: Strong understanding of international trade regulations, supply chain management, and logistics processes (Air, Sea, Land freight).
Language: Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both English and Arabic (preferred).
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
Mobility: A valid UAE Driving License is mandatory.

Strong analytical skills for market and sales data analysis.
