We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Counter Sales & sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling counter sales, managing customer relationships, and providing expert advice on aluminium profiles and related products. This role requires in-depth product knowledge, strong communication skills, and a customer-first approach.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist walk-in customers at the sales counter
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable aluminium profile solutions
  • Provide accurate information on products, pricing, lead times, and availability
  • Prepare and issue quotations, invoices, and delivery notes
  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for timely dispatch and delivery
  • Maintain stock levels and coordinate restocking as needed
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with regular customers and contractors
  • Handle post-sale queries, complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Keep up-to-date with new products, trends, and competitor offerings
  • Support outside sales teams with inside sales coordination when needed
Desired Candidate Profile
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in counter sales, preferably in aluminium profiles or building materials
  • Proven track record of customer service and sales achievement
  • Strong knowledge of aluminium systems, profiles, fittings, and accessories
  • Proficient in billing software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Fluency in [English + Local Language]
  • High school diploma or above; technical or mechanical background is a plus
