What Will Your Day Look Like?
The Government Senior Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in expanding government accounts by building strategic relationships and driving revenue growth. The role is responsible for managing the full government sales cycle, identifying and converting new business opportunities, and ensuring alignment with government priorities, compliance requirements, and the organization's long-term objectives.
How Will You Make an Impact?
Government Account Management & Business Development
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with government entities and key decision-makers.
- Identify, develop, and manage new business opportunities and sales pipelines aligned with government requirements and priorities.
- Coordinate and manage meetings, presentations, and proposal submissions for government programs and tenders.
Stakeholder & Relationship Management
- Engage with senior government stakeholders to understand requirements and position tailored, value-driven solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery, high service standards, and fulfillment of commitments.
Sales Performance & Market Intelligence
- Achieve sales targets through effective deal management, negotiation, and consistent follow-up.
- Monitor market trends, government policies, and procurement processes to support informed sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts, activity reports, and account plans to support performance tracking and decision-making.
Qualifications, Experience & Skills
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Development ,Marketing or related field.
Experience & Functional Knowledge
- 3-5 years of experience in Government sales.
- Experience in FMCG environment.
- Proven experience in government sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong understanding of UAE government procurement processes and public sector engagement strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- UAE National is preferred.
- Arabic speaking is mandatory.
