**About I Train Gym**:
I Train Gym is a vibrant fitness center in Al Ain, dedicated to fostering a supportive community for health and wellness. We're seeking a driven and experienced Senior Sales Executive to lead our membership growth strategy and elevate our sales performance.

**Who We're Looking For**:

- **Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the fitness industry.**:

- **Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and leading high-performing teams.**:

- **Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.**:

- **Strategic mindset with a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.**:

- **Ability to build and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders.**:

- **Expertise in developing and implementing effective sales strategies and tactics.**:

- **Strong analytical and data-driven approach to identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities.**:

- **Highly motivated and self-directed with a strong work ethic.**:

- **Proficiency in CRM systems and relevant sales tools.**:

- **Positive and enthusiastic demeanor with a commitment to creating a collaborative work environment.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities and partnerships.
- Lead the sales process from lead generation to conversion and member retention.
- Set and monitor individual and team sales targets, analyzing performance and driving improvement.
- Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and proposals.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor analysis.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to create a seamless member experience.
- Contribute to developing and implementing marketing initiatives to support sales goals.
