Job Purpose:

The Director VIP Clients links VIP clients with financial markets, executing equity trades

with precision while providing bespoke trading solutions. This job leverages market

knowledge and analytical skills, to offer strategic advice and actionable

recommendations that align with clients' investment goals. The Director VIP Clients is

involved in managing multiple trades, staying ahead of market trends, and maintaining

strong client relationships through ongoing market analysis and proactive

communication.

Responsibilities
:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, understanding their unique investment

goals and objectives.

Provide personalised trading strategies and solutions tailored to clients' needs.

Execute equity trades efficiently and accurately, ensuring optimal execution and minimal market

impact.

Monitor market conditions and trends to make informed trading decisions.

Utilise advanced trading platforms and tools to execute trades and manage orders.

Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify investment opportunities and potential

risks.

Provide clients with timely and relevant market insights, reports, and recommendations.

Ensure all trading activities comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Monitor and manage trading risks, adhering to risk management protocols.

Work closely with internal teams, including research analysts, portfolio managers, and compliance

officers, to deliver comprehensive trading solutions.

Communicate effectively with clients, providing regular updates on trade performance and market

developments.

Uphold company values throughout business practices and utilise sound judgment in decision making.

Any other additional duties as may be required by management based on needs of the business.

Job Requirements:


• A minimum of 3-5 Years of experience in equity sales trading or brokerage.


• Proven track record of success in a similar role.


• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.


• Advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, Series 7) preferred.
