About the role

We are looking for a highly driven
VIP Growth Manager
to accelerate our trading volume by bringing in high-value traders, deepening relationships with existing VIPs/HNIs, and creating website programs that improve user experience and long-term retention. This role blends business development, relationship management, and campaign strategy

What you'll do

  • Identify, onboard, and activate
    new high-value traders
    , including VIPs, HNIs, and volume-driven individual accounts. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential VIP clients through networking and referrals
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all assigned VIPs. Provide one-to-one services for high-level customers, and match services according to customer needs.
  • Monitor the transaction data of VIP major customers, actively provide strategies and promote implementation. Ensure asset accumulation & volume growth for major customers
  • Ideate and launch end-to-end VIP website programs, incentives rebates, and trading competitions.
  • Increase long-term retention and relationships via offline events & meetups

What you'll need

  • At least 2-3 years experience, preferable in CEX or DEX, with customer (VIP) operation experience
  • Exceptional networking ability at scale, a strong, pre-existing network of VIP traders, HNIs, whales, with the ability to quickly onboard them and generate new business.
  • Extremely merit-driven and ambitious mindset, with a hunger to exceed targets and build one of the strongest VIP books in the industry
