Job Summary

Al fan Emirates is looking for a Marketing specialists for Head office, location Ajman UAE. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase footfall and sales, and strengthen the company's market position. This role requires a strong understanding of retail marketing, consumer behavior, and both online and offline promotional channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Plan and execute retail marketing campaigns to increase store traffic and sales.
  • Manage brand positioning, messaging, and visual merchandising coordination.
  • Oversee digital marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, and online promotions.
  • Coordinate in-store promotions, events, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to align marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and media partners

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Must Be in UAE.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong understanding of retail consumer behavior and market trends.
  • Proven experience in digital and traditional marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
