Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Partnerships Manager based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Partnerships Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing strategic partnerships, managing accounts, and nurturing relationships that align with sy'a's mission and values. Daily tasks include analyzing potential collaboration opportunities, negotiating and managing partnership agreements, and driving the growth and success of each partnership. The individual is expected to deliver exemplary communication and facilitate seamless collaboration with partners to achieve mutual goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in developing and managing Strategic Partnerships and cultivating business relationships
  • Demonstrated expertise in Account Management and nurturing long-term relationships
  • Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid Analytical Skills to assess partnership opportunities and drive data-informed decisions
  • Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies to achieve organizational objectives
  • Proven track record in the luxury or F&B sector is a strong advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively and contribute to a high-performance team in a dynamic environment
