Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Operations Manager to lead our sales and distribution efforts across the Texas region. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the automotive battery market and proven experience in driving business growth through channel development and strategic partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve growth and profitability targets.

· Identify, onboard, and manage distributors, wholesalers, and key accounts.

· Oversee daily operations including order management, logistics coordination, and inventory control.

· Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activities.

· Ensure customer satisfaction through responsive support and after-sales service.

· Collaborate with senior management on pricing, promotions, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field (MBA preferred).

· –10 years of experience in the automotive battery or aftermarket industry.

· Strong network of distributors or clients in the automotive sector.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Texas.
