About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Representative with strong experience in battery energy storage systems (BESS) and power solutions targeted at telecom, solar, commercial, and industrial sectors.
This is a hands-on sales role focused on customer acquisition, solution selling, and market development. You will also play a key role in researching new customer segments, identifying emerging opportunities, and building a solid client pipeline across diverse geographies.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell a portfolio of battery-based power solutions, including wall-mounted energy storage units, modular BESS, UPS batteries, and custom industrial battery packs to B2B clients.
- Identify and approach target customers such as solar integrators, telecom contractors, energy consultants, and infrastructure developers.
- Conduct customer and market research to uncover new opportunities, industry needs, and potential partners.
- Present technical features and commercial benefits to key decision-makers and project stakeholders.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and solution briefs aligned with client requirements.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through to deal closing.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with the right solutions and support.
- Track industry developments, competitor activity, and emerging market trends in target regions.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, sales pipeline, and activity reporting.
Candidate Requirements
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in battery energy storage, electrical systems, renewable energy, or related technical products.
- Familiarity with lithium battery technologies (e.g., LiFePO₄, lithium-ion) and their applications in telecom, solar, backup power, or grid systems.
- Strong ability to conduct customer profiling, market research, and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a consultative sales approach.
- Self-motivated, organized, and driven to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Comfortable working independently in a technical, fast-paced sales environment.
