Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Sharjah. The Human Resources Manager will oversee daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training and development, and performance management. Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with company policies, managing benefits administration, and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Collaboration with management to align HR practices with business goals is a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention skills
  • Employee relations and conflict resolution expertise
  • Training and development, performance management, and organizational planning abilities
  • Knowledge of labor law compliance and HR policy implementation
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HR management software and tools
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; an HR certification is an advantage
  • Proven HR experience, ideally in a managerial role
