Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist based in Sharjah. The HR Specialist will handle day-to-day HR activities such as managing employee relations, implementing HR policies, and overseeing the administration of employee benefits. Key responsibilities include recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management, as well as ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies. The role will also involve developing initiatives to enhance team performance and workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management processes
  • Deep understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Experience in Personnel Management and team building
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively on-site in a team-oriented environment
  • Familiarity with UAE labor laws and regulations is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
