Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused
Manager – Marketing & Business Growth
to lead channel acquisition, partner enablement, marketing visibility, and regional expansion initiatives. The ideal candidate will drive partnerships, manage cross-functional teams, oversee GTM activities, and contribute directly to revenue growth through strong partner relationships and marketing excellence.

Key Responsibilities

A. CHANNEL ACQUISITION & OWNERSHIP


•     Identify and acquire new active MSSPs, resellers, or distributors per quarter


•     Lead all partner negotiations, due diligence, onboarding documentation, and pricing discussions


•     Maintain CRM-based records of partner tiering, activation status, and performance metrics


•     Track active pipeline per partner and drive deal closures with direct involvement


•     Manage escalations, QBRs, and incentive structures with each core partner

B. TECHNICAL & GTM ENABLEMENT (FOR ALL PARTNERS)


•     Complete internal product onboarding to lead demos and sales conversations


•     Ensure every onboarded and future partner is fully trained on SimUPhish's product, pitch,


•     demo capabilities, and technical workflows


•     Deliver and maintain demo environments, use-case decks, and training materials


•     Manage product update briefings and roadmap sessions with strategic partners

C. CHANNEL MARKETING & VISIBILITY


•     Own and execute PR, event participation, and channel-focused awareness campaigns


•     Build and deploy co-branded GTM assets (decks, press kits, LinkedIn banners, videos, pitch


•     decks)


•     Manage execution of regional roadshows, expos, webinars, or roundtables


•     Coordinate with internal design, SMO, SEO, and content teams for launch material


•     Publish and track success of channel campaigns in terms of reach, MQLs, and partner satisfaction

Requirements


•    8 to 10 years of experience in marketing, channel growth, or GTM roles (preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or B2B tech)


•     Proven experience in partner/channel acquisition and end-to-end lifecycle management


•     Strong understanding of digital marketing, product positioning, and GTM strategy


•     Ability to lead demos, understand product workflows, and support technical enablement


•     Hands-on experience with CRM systems and analytics-driven decision-making


•     Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills


•     Ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive high-quality outcomes


•     Strong presentation, storytelling, and documentation skills


•     Self-driven, structured, and capable of handling multi-region partner activities
