Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Manager to oversee our marketing operations and ensure seamless coordination between departments, clients, and management. The Project Manager will act as the main point of contact between the marketing department and the business owner, ensuring that all marketing projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within scope.

The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator with a solid background in marketing and project management, capable of balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination & Management

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all marketing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project scopes, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with department leads.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments (marketing, design, content, website, etc.).

Leadership & Communication

  • Serve as the primary liaison between the marketing department and business owner.
  • Lead regular meetings with team leads to review project updates and align on priorities.
  • Ensure clarity of roles, tasks, and expectations among all team members.
  • Communicate project status updates, reports, and performance metrics to management.

Process Improvement & Quality Control

  • Streamline workflows and improve cross-departmental efficiency.
  • Ensure deliverables meet client and internal quality expectations.
  • Maintain documentation of project plans, reports, and approval stages.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • Master's degree in Digital Marketing or equivalent (preferred).

Certifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification (required).

Experience:

  • 3–5 years of proven experience in project management within a marketing or creative agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of marketing processes, social media campaigns, and digital project workflows.

Skills:

  • Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities in Arabic and English.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, , or similar).
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and solution-driven mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
