About the Role

Our agency is seeking a Marketing Account Manager to join our Dubai team. The ideal candidate will coordinate daily marketing operations, manage client communication, and work closely with our creative and design teams to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.

This is a Dubai-based hybrid position — you'll work several days from the office and one day remotely each week, collaborating directly with our management team and clients across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day client communication and follow up on marketing deliverables.
  • Maintain and update the marketing calendar across all client accounts.
  • Prepare and manage design briefs and ensure smooth workflow with the creative team.
  • Oversee social media posting schedules and content performance.
  • Support in campaign planning, reporting, and coordination with management.
  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities — earn bonuses for successful client closures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing account management or client servicing.
  • Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
  • Good understanding of social media management and digital campaign workflows.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Meta Business Suite, and project tools (Trello, Asana, or Notion) preferred.
