Admin & HR Assistant Female

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin cum HR Assistant to support our daily administrative and HR operations. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Duties:
- Handle office correspondence, documentation, and filing.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance coordination.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Support management with reports and general office tasks.
HR Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in recruitment processes — job postings, shortlisting, and scheduling interviews.
- Prepare employment letters, contracts, and HR documents.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in Admin or HR role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Canva).
