Our Business Setup Agency is looking for an administrative assistant to provide full administrative functions.
CRITICAL SUCCESS FACTORS
Seeks to operate in a professional manner, ensuring confidentiality within the supervisor's office and maintaining the smooth and efficient running of the office.
Carries out duties with high degree of accuracy strong written and oral communication skills, attention to deadlines, and positive customer oriented attitude.
The Responsibilities
Fill records and files with provided data
Keep CRM updated
Answer clients email and calls to schedule appointment
Organizes and distributes incoming mail, dispatches outgoing mail, photocopies and scans.
Perform basic admin interaction with clients
Link with administration
The Requirements
- Must possess a Diploma from an accredited institution with a minimum 0f 0-1 year experience in a similar role or an equivalent combination of education, skill or experience
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills in English required. French is an asset
- Highly computer literate including Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to learn and manage the higher technology of office equipment and software programs.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3, AED5,000.00 per month
