Sales Engineer (Swimming Pools, Landscape & Villa Renovations)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a technically proficient Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between our clients' dreams and structural reality. You will be responsible for meeting with clients, assessing their outdoor spaces, and providing technical sales proposals for premium exterior solutions. You aren't just selling a product; you are selling a lifestyle upgrade.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Site Assessments: Visit residential and commercial sites to take precise measurements and evaluate site conditions (soil, elevation, existing structures).
  • Solution Design: Work with design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar) to create preliminary presentation of pool, pergolas, decks or landscaped areas.
  • Consultative Selling: Present technical proposals to clients, explaining material durability, structural integrity and ROI on their property.
  • Collaboration: Act as the liaison between the client and the construction/installation team to ensure the "sold" design is executable.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related technical field.
  • 3–5 years in technical sales, ideally within the construction, home improvement or landscaping sectors.
  • Strong understanding of structural loads and material science (e.g., wood composites, aluminum, stone).
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
