Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Engineer based in Umm Al Quwain. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and building relationships with customers to understand their requirements. Other responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, delivering customer service, and working closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction while achieving sales targets. The role requires the ability to communicate technical solutions effectively and to provide professional support in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Sales Engineering and understanding of HVAC systems
- Experience in providing Technical Support and solutions to meet client requirements
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
- Expertise in Sales strategies and techniques to promote products and close deals
- Customer Service skills to build relationships and address client needs efficiently
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Prior experience in the HVAC industry is an advantage
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to diverse situations
