We are seeking a
high-caliber Sales Engineer
to join our team, specializing in
sports field construction, civil works, and outdoor project solutions
.

This role is ideal for a professional who combines
strong technical knowledge
with
proven B2B sales experience
and can confidently manage clients and projects across the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive
    B2B project sales
    with contractors, consultants, developers, and project owners.
  • Conduct site visits, assess project requirements, and propose suitable
    technical and commercial solutions
    .
  • Prepare and manage
    quotations, proposals, BOQs
    , and follow up through negotiation until deal closure.
  • Coordinate closely with engineering and technical teams on
    drawings, designs, and technical clarifications
    .
  • Review tender documents and support
    technical and commercial submissions
    .
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships and develop a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify new business opportunities and contribute to company growth.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reports, and achieve monthly targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in
    Engineering
    (Civil, Mechanical, or related discipline).
  • Proven experience in
    sports fields, construction, contracting, or project-based industries
    .
  • Strong
    B2B sales experience
    with a clear understanding of project sales cycles (mandatory).
  • Solid understanding of
    construction drawings, specifications, and BOQs
    .
  • Proficiency in
    AutoCAD
    is a strong advantage.
  • Good working knowledge of
    MS Excel
    for pricing, BOQs, and reporting.
  • Strong skills in
    pricing, margin awareness, and cost control
    .
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Fluency in Arabic is mandatory
    ; good English communication skills are required.
  • Valid UAE Driving License
    (mandatory).
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple opportunities, and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel across the UAE for site visits and client meetings.
  • Immediate availability is a plus.
