Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: AED 2,500 – AED 3,500 per month

Schedule: 9-hour shifts, 1 day off per week

  • Demi Chef de Partie (DCDP)

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and present high-quality breakfast, sandwiches, and salads
  • Follow kitchen standards for hygiene, safety, and food handling
  • Support daily mise en place and station setup
  • Collaborate with the team for smooth kitchen operations
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
  • Assist in inventory checks and stock rotation
  • Uphold consistency in taste, portion, and presentation
  • Participate in training and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of kitchen experience in the UAE
  • Strong skills in breakfast, sandwiches, and salads
  • Reliable, hardworking, and passionate about cooking
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and across branch locations
  • Nationality Preference: Asian
  • Age Range: 21 to 35 years
