Job Location: Al Mirfa, Abu Dhabi
- Extensive experience in preparing Tandoori items like Chicken Tikka Masala, Buttar Chicken, Biryani, Kababs and breads
- As a line chef, you would be working on a variety of stations in a high volume kitchen environment.
- He / She is responsible for creating an exceptional culinary experience for the guests through preparation, cooking and food presentation. Takes leadership role during the absence of the DCDP or CDP.
- Support the Demi Chef de Partie or Commis I in the daily operation and work
- Work according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
- Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel
- Control food stock and food cost in his section
- Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen or satellites
- Follow the instructions and recommendations from the immediate Superiors to complete the daily tasks
- Ensure the highest standards and consistent quality in the daily preparation and keep up to date with the new products, recipes and preparation techniques
- Coordinate and participate with other sections of requirements, cleanliness, wastage and cost control
- Familiarity with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures is displayed and equipment is operated safely and sensibly.
- Awareness of OH&S policies and procedures is demonstrated and it is ensured that all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines.
- HACCP is implemented and practiced.
- Actively participates in hygiene and HACCP programs
- Inspire guests with an attitude of personal attention to their requests
- Demonstrate commitment to uncompromising standards of excellence
- Approach each guest in a confident and welcoming manner
- Demonstrate a willingness to “ go the extra mile” to exceed guests expectations.
- Prepare food for Team's Restaurant
- Other tasks as assigned by department head

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED2,300.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

- Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:

- Indian Food: 5 years (required)
- 4-5 Star Hotel: 3 years (required)
