Role Summary

As Regional Head – MENA, you will drive Clovio's business development, client success,strategic partnerships, and operational growth across the Middle East and North Africa.This role is ideal for a self-driven leader with deep regional experience and a network of enterprise decision-makers.

Dubai, Riyadh, or major MENA hub

Reports to
: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute regional go-to-market strategy in UAE, KSA, and GCC markets.
  • Build trusted relationships with public and private sector stakeholders.
  • Secure high-value consulting and managed services contracts.
  • Act as senior advisor for key enterprise clients and program stakeholders.
  • Drive renewals, satisfaction, and long-term engagement.
  • Manage compliance, legal, and delivery coordination within the region.
  • Work closely with India delivery teams for client onboarding and resourcing.
  • Build and manage a regional team of sales, account managers, and delivery coordinators.
  • Form alliances with regional system integrators and platform vendors.

Requirements

  • Strategic Sales in ERP/HCM Consulting
  • MENA Market Expertise (UAE, KSA, Qatar, Egypt)
  • Strong CXO Relationships across BFSI, Oil & Gas, Public Sector
  • Proposal Development & Government Tender Experience
  • Regional Compliance & Vendor Registration Knowledge
  • Team Management & Cross-Cultural Leadership
  • Partner Management & Channel Sales
  • Delivery Coordination & Resource Fulfilment
  • Arabic Language Skills (Preferred) with valid respective region work visa.
  • Negotiation, Deal Structuring & Client Success Management

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in ERP/HCM services or consulting or Sales.
  • Proven ability to win and grow enterprise accounts and delivery mandates.
  • Prior startup or consulting leadership experience
  • Experience building teams from scratch
  • Strong leadership, communication, relationship management skills
  • Bachelor's/Master's in Technology, Business, or related field.
  • Based in Dubai, Riyadh, or Doha.

Compensation Structure:

  • This is a profit-sharing role with quarterly variable incentives based on regional performance. A performance-based payout or salary structure will be formalized based on the profit generated.
