About the Role

We are seeking a 
dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager
 to lead the strategic and operational marketing initiatives of our beauty brand portfolio. The ideal candidate will combine 
creative vision
 with 
analytical and leadership skills
 to drive brand growth, visibility, and market share across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Strategy & Market Analysis

  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, consumer insights, and growth opportunities.
  • Define and implement the brand's short- and long-term growth strategy in line with overall business objectives.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of consumer behavior and beauty category dynamics.

2. Growth & Distribution

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities including retail expansion and channel development.
  • Collaborate with sales and retail partners to optimize brand presence and performance across all touchpoints.

3. E-Commerce & Digital Strategy

  • Lead the brand's e-commerce strategy including content optimization, SEO, and paid media.
  • Oversee digital marketing campaigns, influencer collaborations, and performance marketing initiatives.
  • Track KPIs and ROI to continuously refine online strategies and maximize conversion.

4. Operational & Trade Marketing

  • Manage day-to-day marketing operations including visuals, packaging updates, and POS materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure brand consistency across all markets.

5. Campaigns & Creative Development

  • Lead creative direction for campaign and product photoshoots, from briefing to execution.
  • Collaborate with creative, PR, and media teams to ensure impactful storytelling and brand alignment.

6. Marketing Activation & Performance Tracking

  • Develop and execute annual marketing activation plans aligned with brand priorities.
  • Analyze performance data and market trends to optimize strategies and campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the 
    beauty, cosmetics, or FMCG sector
    .
  • Strong understanding of 
    digital marketing, brand management, and retail dynamics
    .
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Based in 
    Dubai
     or 
    Beirut (remote)
     with flexibility to travel when required.
