Community Operations Specialist (Crypto | KOL Traffic Conversion)

Job Description:

We are seeking a
Community Operations Specialist
to manage and convert user traffic from KOLs and communities. This role focuses on guiding users through the conversion funnel — from joining the community to completing in-app registrations and transactions. You'll design engaging community activities, optimize user retention, and collaborate closely with BD and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and retain user traffic from KOLs or partner communities through Telegram, Discord, and other social channels.
  • Drive users through the full conversion process — from joining groups → registering → downloading the app → completing transactions.
  • Design and execute community engagement events (e.g., Q&A sessions, giveaways, airdrops, and task-based campaigns) to improve retention and conversion rates.
  • Maintain community activity, answer user questions, and ensure smooth onboarding for new users.
  • Track and analyze community data related to KOL activities, providing timely feedback and optimization suggestions.
  • Produce regular community operation reports, covering key metrics such as user growth, engagement, retention, and conversion.

Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of experience in community or user operations; experience in the
    crypto or Web3
    industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong familiarity with
    Telegram
    and
    Discord
    community engagement strategies.
  • Excellent execution and user service mindset; able to handle KOL-driven traffic efficiently.
  • English proficiency (both spoken and written).
  • Mandarin speaker
  • Data-driven, with the ability to identify insights and propose data-based optimization plans.
