HR & Administrative Officer

The Administrative Officer provides comprehensive administrative and operational support to ensure smooth planning, coordination, and execution of events. This role involves documentation control, coordination with internal teams and external suppliers, staff administration, and general office management related to event projects.
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to event operations.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain event documentation (contracts, permits, LPOs, invoices, MSRA, attendance sheets).
- Manage filing systems (physical and digital) for all event projects
- Draft emails, letters, reports, and internal memos.
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors when required.
- Prepare staff duty rosters, timesheets, and attendance records.
- Coordinate manpower requirements for events (runners, technicians, laborers).
- Assist with onboarding documentation for temporary and permanent staff.
- Monitor leave records and staff documentation validity.
- Assist in preparing permits, NOCs, and approvals from authorities when required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and event safety requirements
- Maintain updated records for audits and internal reviews
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED5, AED6,000.00 per month
